Disney isn’t just the Happiest Place On Earth because of its theme parks, water resorts, and countless other adventures. It’s also known for its snack places and restaurants that have intrigued and satisfied the taste buds of people from all over the world.

Whether you want to sit down at a restaurant or a grab something from a cart, Disney has something in store for everyone. Take a look at some of the best restaurants and food places that are a must-try at Disney.

Kitchen sink

This is a retro soda shop that will take you right back to the earlier years of Disney, when Mickey was still in black and white. The shop is located inside Disney’s Beach Club and specializes in ice creams. There are eight flavors of ice creams that are served with brownies, angel food cake, hot fudge, or any other Disney themed topping you can think of.

The Gray Stuff

Want to dine like Belle from Beauty and the Beast, this is your chance! This place is named after Lumiere’s iconic line from the movie. It’s ironic how nothing in the restaurant is gray! The entire place is washed in gold and red colors, just like the dining hall in the movie. So sit down and pick up your fork; and who knows, Belle might even pay you a visit.

Sleepy Hollow

This one’s located in the Liberty Square at the Animal Kingdom. Serving a wide variety of dishes, this place tops the chart for many people.

Our favorite is the Mickey Mouse shaped waffle sandwich which comes in both sweet and savory flavors, with a stuffing of your choice.

The Lunching Pad

If visiting Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom is in your itinerary, then don’t miss out on the scrumptious, on-the-go snacks served at the Lunching Pad. Their specialty includes a pretzel served with cream cheese! The doughy and cheesy goodness will keep you coming back to this stall for more.

Fife & Drum tavern

Situated in Magic Kingdom, this place has a menu that comprises all things American. Don’t miss out on their mouthwatering turkey leg. The huge serving is enough to fill you up in just two bites, but it’s so heavenly that you won’t be able to stop!

Main Street Confectionary

Serving all snacks sweet and sour, this food place creates simple, but utterly fulfilling snacks that you can consume on a casual stroll in the theme park. Try their classic Mickey cookie. The snack is the perfect combination of chewy, delicious and sweet!
