Frequently Asked Questions
Which attractions do you service?
- City of Orlando
- Kennedy Space Center
- Magic Kingdom
- Hollywood Studios
- Animal Kingdom
- Universal Studios
- Islands of Adventure
How many people can be in a group?
We can accommodate up to eight people per tour guide, including children. If you wish to have more than eight, we can add an additional tour guide.
Do you offer park hopping tours?
Five Star does not offer multiple park tours in a single day, with the exception of Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Our service is focused on one park per day. This allows us to experience everything each park has to offer and helps the day flow much smoother without the stress of bouncing from one park to the next.
How long does a tour last?
A tour will be a minimum of (6) hours and a maximum of 12 hours per day. A typical day lasts 6-7 hours including lunch or dinner.
Do you have a sample itinerary of one of your private VIP Tours in Orlando?
The following is a sample itinerary.
Tour takes place during the hours of 9 AM to 3 PM in Orlando, Florida
Meet times are based on what time the park opens and how your family plans to arrive at the park. If you use our transportation to the park, the meet time is typically 15min earlier. We recommend meeting the guide between 7:30am-8am. The guest will then proceed with their guide to the Monorail which will take everyone to the entrance of the park. Once inside the park, the guest will walk down the main street for pictures in front of Cinderella’s Castle and get to see the opening show in front of the castle. Next, your family will start their journey into one of the Magic Kingdom’s famous lands where the riding the following attractions will begin.
- Tomorrow Land Speedway
- Buzz Lightyear
- Space Mountain
- Jungle Cruise
- Aladdin Flying Carpets
- Pirates of The Caribbean
- Splash Mountain
- Big Thunder Mountain
- Small World
- Peter Pan
- Mickey’s Philharmagic
- Seven Dwarfs Mine train
- Tea Cups
- Voyage of The Little Mermaid
- Winnie The Pooh
Approximately noon the guests will be taken to a prearranged reservation “table service” or a “quick service” lunch.
After Lunch, the tour will continue focusing on any remaining attractions.
Do we meet characters during the tour?
During the tour, there will be some meet and greets with characters and princesses. (Cinderella, Elena, Rapunzel, and Tiana) The 4 Main Princesses in The Park as well as Goofy, Donald, Minnie and Daisy. In meeting these princesses, it will take away from riding some of the main attractions. This will be discussed prior to your tour so your family can decide what is most important the day of the tour. We strongly recommend one of the character dining options outside of the scheduled tour as an alternative to meeting characters during the tour. This maximizes the number of attractions your family can ride during the tour. We always finish the day by watching Mickey Mouse and all of his friends at the mid-day parade at one of our great locations.
How do you guarantee minimal wait times?
Our Private Disney VIP Tour guides know the layout of the park and the fast pass system as if we created it ourselves! Knowing when to “book them” and when to “cancel them” goes a long way. In a lot of cases, guests do not know ‘how’ to use the Fast Pass system at all, much less optimize it. In short, an early morning start, knowing where to be and when to be, a custom itinerary and ride pattern, an experienced Private VIP Tour guide with knowledge of the parks that can only be duplicated with years of industry experience gives us confidence in guaranteeing minimal wait times to our clients.
Do you offer “back door” or “back stage” access?
We are not the official Disney tour service, rather a Orlando Private VIP Tour service and not privy to such access, as behind the scenes “back stage” or “back door” access. Our clients are aware of the differentials in service and okay not experiencing “back stage” or “back door”. Our clients can rest assured that we adhere to the guidelines for the service we provide.
Are handicap tour guides or handicap passes used to skip the lines?
Five Star has a “zero tolerance” policy in regards to improper representation of any disability or disability pass. Five Star will accommodate all guests with a disability. Guest services ultimately determines if the guest’s disability requires Disability Access Services or other Disability Services. Our company has not, and will never use any form of an unauthorized handicap pass or a guide with a disability to skip the lines. Disability Access Services or other Disability Services are ONLY determined and issued by guest services, Five Star does not play a role in this process.

Not to mention, our 3 or more day tour packages include luxury transportation for our clients to and from the Airport at no additional cost. With Five Star you will be treated as a “VIP” from the moment you arrive in Orlando.
