How many people can be in a group?
We can accommodate up to (8) people per tour guide, including children. If you wish to have more than eight, we can add an additional tour guide.
Do you offer park hopping tours?
Five Star does not offer multiple park tours in a single day, with the exception of Universal Studios Orlando and Islands of Adventure. Our service focuses on one park per day. This allows clients to experience all the magic each park has to offer. This also avoids the stress of bouncing from one park to the next.
How long does a tour last?
Our tours have a (6) hours minimum and a (12) hours maximum per day. A typical tour lasts between 6-7 hours including lunch.
Do you have a sample itinerary of one of your Disney VIP Tours in Orlando?
The following is a sample itinerary for Magic Kingdom.
Tour takes place during the hours of 9 AM to 3 PM in Orlando, Florida
Meet times are typically 20 minutes prior to park opening. Clients will then proceed with their guide to the entrance of the park. Once inside the park, everyone will walk down main street for pictures in front of Cinderella’s Castle and watch the opening show in front of the castle. Next, your family will start their journey into one of the Magic Kingdom’s famous lands where the magic will begin.

Approximately noon clients will be taken to a prearranged reservation “table service” or a “quick service” lunch. After Lunch, the adventure will continue focusing on any remaining attractions.
Do we meet characters during the tour?
This will be discussed prior to your tour so your family can decide what is most important the day of the tour. We strongly recommend one of the character dining options outside of the scheduled tour as an alternative to meeting characters during the tour. This maximizes the number of attractions your family can experience during the tour. If desired, when visiting Disney we can finish the day watching Mickey Mouse and all of his friends at the mid-day parade at one of our select locations.
How do you guarantee minimal wait times?
Our Private VIP Tour guides know the layout of the attractions and the system in place as if we created it ourselves! This along with our Private VIP Tour guides insider knowledge (i.e. “secret sauce”) and experience; gives us the confidence in ensuring our clients minimal wait times.
Do you offer “back stage” access?
We do not offer nor do we have access to back stage areas. Our clients and the attractions we visit can rest assured we adhere to all guidelines.
Are handicap tour guides or handicap passes used to skip the lines?
Never! Five Star has a “zero tolerance” policy in regards to improper representation of any disability or disability pass.
What is the cost of a VIP Tour?
Seasonal rates apply to our Private VIP Tours. It is always best to contact us directly for current rates. Our VIP tours do not include admission, merchandise, food, or gratuity. Our Private VIP Tour guide position is one of luxury service. Therefore, the standard 20% gratuity is the suggested.
Do you only offer Theme Park tours?
Absolutely not the case, we have an undeniable love and passion for theme parks, but specialized in all Central Florida and Southern California; from Food and Wine, to Nightlife, to sightseeing, to helicopter tours. Not to mention, we are also an independent concierge and luxury transportation service. We have it all covered in our customized VIP Tour packages.
Do you offer transportation services?
Yes. We place great value in “VIP” and would never ask our clients to find a taxi or Uber the day of the tour. Left wondering if the taxi or Uber will have the proper car seat or booster seat for the little ones. We provide luxury transportation for our clients to and from attractions at no additional cost. Meaning you are not being charged for travel time even if your guide is present. With Five Star you will be treated as a very important person from the moment you arrive.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We require a $100.00 deposit per day you would like to tour. In order to receive a full refund of your deposit, you must provide a written notice (14) days prior of your tour. Regardless of the reason, cancellations within 72 hours of the tour or a “no show” will result in being charged the minimum (6) hours at the quoted rate for each day canceled or considered a “no show”. We do not cancel our tours for unfavorable weather as long as the attraction is open. In the event the attraction is closed the day of your tour, you will not be charged for that day.
