Do you visit multiple attractions in a day?

We recommend only visiting one attraction per day. This allows clients to experience all the attraction has to offer. This also avoids the crowds and stress of bouncing from one attraction to the next. There are certain scenarios in which you can visit a second attraction in a single day, but there has to be a realistic expectation of what can be achieved at the 2nd attraction. It is always best to discuss all your ideas with one of our VIP Concierges.

How long do we have our VIP Assistant each day?

Our VIP Assistant requires a (6) hour minimum and a (12) hours maximum per day. A typical day lasts between 6-7 hours including lunch.

Do you have a sample itinerary of a day in Orlando?

The following is a sample itinerary for Magic Kingdom.

The experience takes place between the hours of 9 AM to 3 PM in Orlando, Florida

Meet times are typically 45 minutes prior to opening. Clients will then proceed with their Private VIP Assistants to the entrance of the attraction. Once inside, everyone will walk down the main street for pictures in front of Cinderella’s Castle and watch the opening show in front of the castle.  Next, your family will start their journey into one of the Magic Kingdom’s famous lands where the magic will begin.

    • Tomorrow Land Speedway
    • Buzz Lightyear
    • Space Mountain
    • Jungle Cruise
    • Aladdin Flying Carpets
    • Pirates of The Caribbean
    • Splash Mountain
    • Dumbo
    • Barnstormer

    • Winnie The Pooh

At approximately noon clients will be taken to a prearranged reservation “table service” or a “quick service” lunch. After Lunch, the adventure will continue focusing on any remaining attractions.

Do we meet characters?

This will be discussed prior to your arrival so your family can decide what is most important on the day of your experience. A great option for meeting characters is one of the character dining options outside of the time we are assisting your family.  If desired, we can incorporate meet and greets into the day or you can finish the day watching the mid-day parade at one of our select locations. It’s all about your experience, we can make it work for you either way!

How do we experience minimal wait times?

Our Private VIP Assistants know the layout of the attractions and the system in place as if they created it themselves! This coupled with their insider knowledge (i.e. “best navigation strategies”) gives us confidence in ensuring minimal wait times.

Do you offer “backstage” access?

We do not offer nor do we have access to backstage areas to any of the attractions.  Our clients and the attractions we visit can rest assured we adhere to all guidelines.

Are handicapped VIP Assistants used to skip the lines?

Never! Five Star Orlando VIP Tours has a “zero tolerance” policy in regard to improper representation of any disability or disability pass.

What is the cost of a Private VIP Assistant?

Seasonal rates apply to our Private VIP Assistants. It is always best to contact us directly for current rates. We do not include admission tickets, merchandise, food, or gratuity for your VIP Assistant. Our Private VIP Assistant position is one of our private luxury services. Therefore, a 15-20% gratuity is suggested.

Do you only visit Theme Parks?

Absolutely not the case, we have an undeniable love and passion for theme parks, but specialize in all of Central Florida; from Food and Wine to Nightlife, Sightseeing Tours, Helicopter Tours, and Airboat Tours. Not to mention, we offer Luxury Transportation services. We have it all covered for our VIP clients.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made (14) days prior to the date of service to avoid the Full Payment penalty. Regardless of the reason, cancellations within (14) days of the date of service or a “no show” will result in being charged the minimum hours for each day at the quoted rate for each day canceled or considered a “no show”.  We do not cancel for unfavorable weather as long as the attraction is open. In the event the attraction is closed, you will not be charged for that day.  All  VIP services that require “Full Payment” upfront are non-refundable regardless of circumstances. Clients are sometimes asked to pay in Full at the time of booking due to limited availability, high demands, extraordinary requests, extensive planning, and possible loss of income for the company, third-party companies, and/or independent contractors during the time period.  As with everything in life, there will be exceptions made on a case-by-case basis for an emergency, but the refund will not exceed 10% of the total.  However, you will NEVER lose your Deposit or any Full Payments made to us. Though you will automatically be charged per our cancelation policy mentioned above, in the event you are not able to make the trip, or not feeling well, you will receive an indefinite credit for all monies paid which can be applied to a future date with us on a day by day basis. At no point can deposits be combined to pay for a single day or stacked towards other days. Future Dates are subject to availability and Rates and/or Deposits may be higher during the time you choose to reschedule. You will be required to pay the difference in the rate and/or deposit to reserve your new dates. We are only after what is fair and appropriate for all involved.
